1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AngeloAI at ops.angeloai.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AngeloAI provides AI-powered analytical tools, including but not limited to:

AngeloAI Chat — conversational AI assistant
Wingman Chat — tactical co-pilot interface
Ethical Advisor — principled decision-support tool

The Service is operated by Angelo AI LP, a Utah-registered Limited Partnership (Utah #14629966-0180).

3. Account and Authentication

You sign in using Google OAuth. We receive your email, name, and profile picture.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Access Tiers

The Service offers tiered access:

Free Tier — AngeloAI Chat, Wingman, Ethical Advisor
Pro Tier — additional analytical tools (pricing TBD)
Admin — by invitation only

Angelo AI LP reserves the right to modify access tiers, features, and pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use outputs from the Service as financial, legal, or medical advice without independent professional verification

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and content are the property of Angelo AI LP. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Angelo AI LP a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANGELO AI LP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGELO AI LP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

Angelo AI LP may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
